Program Janji Sihat

Program komuniti untuk menjadi sihat di GoFitWith.Me adalah sangat berstruktur, mudah & praktikal. Misi kami adalah untuk melatih 350,000 orang yang faham ilmu pemakanan sihat dan mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat.

Bukan senang. Namun ianya sangat mudah untuk dicapai sekiranya ianya dibuat bersama-sama dengan individu yang juga mempunyai “mindset” yang sama. Yang paling penting ianya mesti FUN !

Anda boleh menyertai program kami bermula dengan menjadi peserta dan selanjutnya menjadi sukarelawan yang boleh berdikari dan membantu komuniti anda sendiri. Antara program lain yang anda boleh sertai adalah:

Kelab Nutritisi

Kelab sarapan pagi yang beroperasi dari jam 7.30 pagi – 10.30 pagi untuk membina habit sihat sambil-sambil bersarapan bersama rakan-rakan kelab. Menyediakan persekitaran yang kondusif untuk mempelajari diet sihat secara berstruktur & mudah diamalkan.

Bak kata pepatah “Environment is power than your will power”, dengan adanya kelas diet yang menerapkan membina habit yang mudah bersama group support yang positif, kita akan sentiasa dalam “landasan diet” yang betul.

Bimbingan Secara Dalam Talian (Online Coaching)

Kelas secara maya dalam talian ini menggunakan applikasi WhatsApp dan Facebook Group yang dijalankan selama 21 hari. Biasanya akan dimulakan pada minggu pertama setiap bulan. Kelas ini memberi peluang untuk masyarakat menimba ilmu untuk mencapai berat ideal secara sihat (kurus secara sihat).

Kelebihannya, ianya sangat mudah dicapai, ilmu yang disampaikan sangat senang untuk difahami, interaktif dan kandungannya boleh dibaca pada bila-bila masa saja.


FlashFit

Program separuh hari yang padat dengan tips dan panduan mendapat berat ideal secara sihat dan mudah.

Program ke arah kurus sihat ini dijalankan di seluruh Malaysia untuk membantu masyarakat bebas obesiti dan meningkatkan kesedaran mengenai kesihatan.

Di dalam program ini peserta akan belajar mengenai teori dan praktikal untuk menganalisa badan sendiri dan menyediakan program atau plan pemakanan yang bersesuaian dengan keperluan tubuh masing-masing.


C.O.M.E

COME adalah singkatan dari “Community Empowerment” dimana program ini akan dijayakan dengan bantuan tajaan komuniti atau organisasi tertentu.

Ia bertujuan untuk melahirkan pelatih yang kelak akan kembali ke komuniti masing-masing dan menjadi pemimpin yang akan membantu komunitinya menjadi kurus secara sihat.

Program ini dalam istilah bahasa Inggeris adalah  “Train The Trainer”, melatih bakal pelatih yang mempunyai ILMU dan dilengkapi dengan panduan dan teknik-teknik yang berkesan untuk membimbim masyarakat mencapai berat yang ideal secara sihat.


Kelas Senaman Wanita (Ladies Fitness Class)

Kaum wanita yang tinggal berdekatan dengan premis kami boleh berkunjung ke tempat kami untuk mengikuti kelas senaman. Senaman menyumbangkan kepada 20% aktiviti untuk kurus secara sihat.

Buat masa ini ada 2 lokasi GoFitWithMe Academy iaitu di Seri Kembangan, Selangor & juga di Sungai Udang, Melaka.

Senaman boleh diikuti oleh semua peringkat kecergasan atau apa jua tahap stamina. Mudah diikuti dan menyeronokkan. Dilatih oleh jurulatih yang berpengalaman. Tempat tertutup dan hanya boleh disertai oleh wanita.


Program Komuniti

Biasanya program dijalankan dihujung minggu di tempat kami atau di tempat awam berdekatan dengan komuniti yang ingin terlibat. Antara program yang dijalankan untuk memberi maklumat kurus secara sihat adalah melalui ceramah kesedaran kesihatan atau senaman berkumpulan bersama komuniti. Program ini tidak mempunyai jadual tertentu dan hanya akan dijalankan mengikut keadaan semasa.

Semua program kami direka untuk diikuti agar anda dapat belajar ilmu diet secara sihat bermula dari peserta hingga menjadi pelatih yang boleh memimpin komuniti anda sendiri. Modul yang ringkas dan mudah difahami dapat menpercepatkan proses pembelajaran dengan syarat ada kemahuan dari dalaman.

3. Online Coaching (Bimbingan Secara Dalam Talian)

Exclusively for women, GoFitWithMe’s Ladies Fitness Class is a safe and supportive space to get active. Available at two locations—Seri Kembangan, Selangor, and Sungai Udang, Melaka—these classes cater to all fitness levels and are designed to be fun and easy to follow.
